Player Camps

Laingsburg Soccer Club Hosts Challenger Sports British Soccer Camps during Summer 2005. Half-day and full day camps will be offered for all ages and skill levels.

Half-Day Player Development Camps — 6 to 16 years

Two Half Day Camps this year

Morning Session: Ages 6-10
Location: Victor Township
Date: August 1st - 5th
Time: 9:00am - Noon
Cost: $100.00

Afternoon Session: Ages 11-16
Location: Victor Township
Date: August 1st-5th
Time 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Cost: $100

Gain technical and tactical instruction in all areas of the game. Emphasis is placed upon individual skill development and fundamental tactical awareness through our coaching mix of maximum participation, progressive practices and small-sided games. Half-Day Camps last three hours a day for five days.

Full-Day Advanced Camp — 12 to 19 year-olds

Full-Day Session: Ages 12-19
Location: Victor Township
Date: August 1st - 5th
Time: 9:00 am - Noon and 1:00 - 4:00
Cost: $150.00

A more advanced camp for serious players, Full-Day camps focus on game-related techniques, tactical development and coached match play. Each camp lasts six hours a day for five days.

Team Camp: Camp is intended for an entire team to participate as a group

Half-Day Session: Males in grades 9-12
Location: Laingsburg High School
Date: July 25th - July 29th
Time: 6:00 pm - 9:00pm
Cost: $85.00

A Nationally Qualified coach (s) (based on the European Federation training system) will be providing a camp that will be custom-designed to the players/teams that register to address the specific needs and areas of development that those players/teams need to focus on and will provide a week long program of training to help achieve their goals.
