Soccer Under The Lights

The Laingsburg Soccer Club and the Laingsburg High School Athletic Department would like to recognize all of the Laingsburg community youth soccer players and their teams by inviting them to attend the September 15th  Laingsburg/Bath Soccer Game against Dansville.  Also, we are extending an invitation to all alumni Laingsburg/Bath Varsity soccer players to attend the game and be recognized during halftime.

Each area Youth Team will be introduced to the crowd before the game and alumni varsity players will be introduced at halftime

  Game Date/Time: Youth Coaches/Players must arrive by 6:20pm.


Location: Laingsburg High School Stadium

Price: All youth players wearing team jerseys and coaches get in free. No soccer shoes! Wear comfortable sneakers. Preschoolers are free. All others normal ticket pricing. Laingsburg Sport Passes and Gold Cards will be honored at this event.

Pre-game ceremony is as follows:

  1. 6:20pm. coaches/players start arriving and gather with their teammates at south end of stadium.
  2. 6:30pm. An usher will lead the teams onto the field and will line up the teams along the touchline facing the east (home) bleachers.
  3. As team is announced, players from that team should wave to the spectators
  4. After all teams have been announced, Ushers will direct teams to form a gauntlet at midfield (that is, the teams will come down the sidelines to midfield and than move across the field to the opposite touchline, and line up on either side of midfield facing each other (about 5 yards apart).
  5. High School Players will be announced one at a time and run the gauntlet.
  6. After High School Players are announced, all teams will line up on the grass between the touchline and the track field for the National Anthem. Please keep your teams away from the players benches and keep them off of the track (especially any players that may be wearing cleats)
  7. Once the National Anthem is complete, please exit at the south end of the field.

Youth players are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic shoes.  Laingsburg Sports Boosters will have candy, soda, bottled water and food for sale at the concession stand.  For more information about Laingsburg Soccer Club, visit the web at www.laingsburgsoccerclub.net
